- SHT Corporation is established by founder Yoshimori Hitoshi in Kita-ku, Osaka
- Start manufacturing antenna coils for televisions and VCR recorders at a factory in Cavite, Philippines
1994
- YOSHITA factory is established in Manila, Philippines
Start manufacturing electrical steel cores
1995
- Start manufacturing current transformers
1996
- Start manufacturing amorphous cores
1997
- Develop thin high voltage transformer using amorphous coil (winner of Industry Chairman Award)
Used in heated outerwear produced by a major sportswear maker for athletes at the 1998 Nagano Olympics
1998
- Complete transition from OEM for other companies to business based on original SHT branded products
1999
- Develop side gap cores for choke coils (patented globally)
2002
- Develop bank winding manufacturing method (patented globally)
- Start manufacturing choke coils with a side gap core and bank Wound core
2003
- SHT acquires ISO 14001 certification
- Start reactor production
2004
- Start producing sensor cores for hybrid vehicles manufactured by a major automobile manufacturer
2006
- Complete new headquarters building in Rinku, Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture
Move headquarters operations from Kita-ku, Osaka

- Open Hyogo factory (SHT Hyogo)
Begin manufacturing sensor cores

- Move headquarters from Rinku, Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture to Nishi-ku, Osaka City
Convert Rinku facility to a distribution center, which starts operating as SHT Logistics
2014
- Begin manufacturing D side gap choke coils
Receive Outstanding New Product Award in the 26th Outstanding Technology contest of The Resona Foundation For Small And Medium Enterprise Promotion
2016
- SHT and SHT Hyogo receive ISO 9001 certification
- SHT Hyogo receives ISO 14001 certification
2018
- Invest in T.I.T. Electronics (Thailand), which begins producing sensor cores

- Open Mie factory (SHT Mie)
- Begin manufacturing current transformers and sensor cores
- Hyogo factory (SHT Hyogo) receives IATF 16949 certification
2021
- Mie factory (SHT Mie) receives ISO 9001 certification
2022
- To accelerate production innovation, management of SHT Mie and SHT Hyogo’s activities is unified through an integrated system run by SHT Mie.
- The GMK transformer is developed and mass-produced as the first GEO MACK brand model.
2023
- To strengthen governance, the Group’s internal structure is reorganized and the company’s name is changed.
Writing of name is changed from Japanese characters to the English alphabet.
SHT Mie's name is changed to SHT Products. - Production of GMK transformers begins.
- SHT Products’ Mie Factory is certified under IATF 16949.
